Hagalakayi Kobbari Pudi 
(Spicy Bitter gourd powder)

Step 1: Ingredients 
Bitter gourd
Dry coconut 
Dried red chilly    
Jaggery 
Tamarind 
Salt 
Oil
Lemon 








Step 2: Grate Bitter gourd, mix salt & turmeric powder & leave aside for 1/2 hour 


Step 3: Grate dry coconut 



Step 4: Heat oil in pan, add dry red chilly & keep aside 


Step 5: Again add oil to pan & fry bitter gourd until its crisp & golden brown, then keep aside 


Step 6: Switch off the gas & add dry coconut to the pan


Step 7: Add 4, 5 & 6 along with tamarind, jaggery & salt to a large vessel & grind them 



Step 8: Keep it in a dry bottle
