Sweet Lemon Pickle_

Step 1: Ingredients

Lemon 

SugarPomegranate seeds

Cumin seeds

Black pepper

Black salt

White salt

Step 2: Cut lemon into thin slices, 

add to an empty jar sprinkled with salt. 

Keep the mixture for 10 days

Step 3: Grind cumin seed into fine powder & roast it

Step 4: Add powdered pomegranate seeds, black pepper & a pinch black salt

 Step 5: Add the 10 day matured lemon mixture along with sugar

Let it cool & put it into the favorite bottle of the season, enjoy_
