Papad ki sabzi_



Step 1: Ingredients
Papad 5no, 6" dia (for one mean person)
Mustard seeds
Cumin seeds
Ginger
Salt
Coriander powder
Turmeric powder
Red chilly powder
Coriander leaves &
Jaggery (Special ingredient)




Step 2: Roast the papad 



Step 3: Heat oil in a pan



Step 4: Add mustard & cumin seeds, let them bounce a bit


Step 5: Add crushed ginger 


Step 6: Add salt, coriander powder, turmeric powder & red chilly powder


Step 7: Add 1 glass full water, bring it to boil 


Step 8: Add papad, stirr it for 15 sec 


Step 9: Top up with coriander leaves & its done


Add little bit of jaggery to the process for a special aroma & taste 


In marward there is a saying that goes like this...
If u have a guest for over a long extended time
& u make papad ki sabzi for him then...
he shall understand its time for him to go...

But as my friend say "if the curry is so delicious, I will ask for more instead "
